Today I have made Gajar Muli Mirch Ka Achar. It's an instant pickle recipe. This flavourful pickle doesn't require any tipe of long prosess . This pickle is made in less oil and lasts one whole year. Make this delicious and healthy pickle and enjoy its superb taste through the year.

Heat a pan add mustard seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and dry roast it for 2-3 minutes on low heat and let it cool down to room temperature then grind it into powder.

Arrenge all ingredients in one place.

Heat mustard oil in a kadai, once smoke coming, turn off the flame, and allow the oil to slightly cool. Now add hing first then green chilies, ginger carrots, radish pieces, mix it properly. Then add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, mix it again well.

Now add 2 tbsp grounded masala powder and mix it.

Lastly add vinegar and mix it. Then rest it for 1 hour.

After 1 hour mix it well and put the pickle in a clean and dry jar.

Tips
Pickle must be stored in clean and dry jar.
Veggies should be fresh.
