  1. 250 gSilken tofu
  2. 200 gVegan mince
  3. 1small amount (about 1 tsp) Cornstarch
  4. to taste (about 1 tbsp) Chinese soy sauce
  5. 1clove, minced Garlic
  6. generous amount (about 2 tbsp) Sesame oil
  7. 1little (about 1/2 tsp) Sugar
  8. 1stalk, chopped Spring onion
  9. 2servings Cooked rice

    Cut the silken tofu into thick slices and place on a heatproof plate.

  2. 2

    In a bowl, mix vegan mince, cornstarch, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and sugar.

  3. 3

    Spread the mince mixture evenly over the tofu.

  4. 4

    Steam for 10 minutes until the mince is cooked through.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle chopped spring onion on top and serve with rice.

Tips

Adjust the seasoning to your taste, using plenty of sesame oil for extra flavor.
