Chinese Steamed Tofu with Mince
A quick and easy chinese tofu dish
Steps

Cut the silken tofu into thick slices and place on a heatproof plate.

In a bowl, mix vegan mince, cornstarch, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and sugar.

Spread the mince mixture evenly over the tofu.

Steam for 10 minutes until the mince is cooked through.
- 5
Sprinkle chopped spring onion on top and serve with rice.
Tips
Adjust the seasoning to your taste, using plenty of sesame oil for extra flavor.
