Ingredients

1 tart
  • 1(use your previous recipe) Shortcrust sweet base
  • 135 gSyrup
  • 30 gBrown sugar
  • 65 gUnsalted butter
  • pinchSalt
  • 100 gCorn flakes
  • as neededJam

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 160°C.

  2. 2

    Add syrup, brown sugar, butter, and salt to a pan. Melt and mix.

  3. 3

    Once melted, add corn flakes and coat well.

  4. 4

    Spread jam on the shortcrust base and chill until set.

  5. 5

    Add the cornflake mixture on top once cooled.

  6. 6

    Bake for 5 minutes.

Tips

Use your favorite jam for added flavor.
