First take gourd wash and remove bark then scrap gourd. Take big vessel put scrap gourd, left over rice, sugar, green paste, salt, both flour, spicy masala, oil mix by table spoon in thick consistency dough.

Now take big vessel put oil let it hot then add cumin seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves sauté then add water boil then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt. Now take little portion from dough put in hot water of Rasiya Dhokla, every portion keep same size. When Dhokla will cook, every portion will up. Rasiya Dhokla sprinkle coriander leaves.

Tips
In Rasiya Dhokla batter you can add green onion and garlic also.
