Ingredients

1 hour 30 minutes

12 servings

5eggs
1 canevaporated milk (12 fl oz / 354 ml)
1 cansweetened condensed milk (14 oz / 397 g)
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
1 cupsugar (your choice)
1 cupwater

Make the caramel by combining the cup of water and sugar. Cook until it reaches your desired color.

Blend the remaining ingredients, then pour the mixture into the mold with the prepared caramel.

Cook in a water bath for 1 1/2 hours. Add any decoration you like after it’s done.
