Beat cream cheese, icing sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add cream and gelatin, beat until combined.

Spoon cream cheese mixture over crust. Chill 2-3 hours.

Prepare strawberry jelly as per packet, let cool, then pour over cheese layer. Chill until set.

Top with whipped cream and halved strawberries. Chill overnight for best results.
