Palak Pakoda
Spinach pokoda is as tasty😋 to eat as it is easy to make.
Steps

Wash spinach thoroughly and finely chop it.

Slice onion into thin slices and chop green chili.

In a bowl, mix spinach, onion, green chili, gram flour, chaat masala, salt, and black pepper.

Add water gradually to make a medium-thick batter.

Heat oil in a pan. Drop small portions of batter to form pakoda balls.

Fry on low to medium flame until golden brown and cooked on both sides.

Serve hot with chutney.
Tips
Ensure the oil is hot enough before adding the pakodas to achieve a crispy texture.
