Steps

Mix flour, salt, black sesame seeds, other seeds, and 0.5 tsp oil in a bowl.

Knead into a smooth dough using a little water if needed.

Divide dough into small balls and flatten each as thin as a regular roti.

Shape and cut with a knife as desired.

Heat oil in a pan over low-medium heat.

Fry mathari, stirring and flipping, until golden brown on both sides.

Remove and serve with tea.
Tips
Keep the mathari as thin as a normal roti and warm the oil over low-medium heat.
