Ingredients

4 Person
  1. #For_Tea:- 4 Cup Water
  2. 2 CupMilk
  3. 1/2 InchGinger
  4. 2-3 TspTea Leaves
  5. 4 TbspSugar
  6. 4-5Black Pepper
  7. 2-3Green Cardamom
  8. #For_Cutlet:- 8 Pieces Of Bread
  9. 4-5Boiled Potatoes
  10. 1/2 BowlBoiled Green Peas
  11. 1-2 Finely Chopped Green Chilli
  12. 1/2 BowlChopped Coriander Leaves
  13. 1/4 TbspSalt
  14. 1/4 TbspBlack Salt
  15. 1/2 TbspCoriander Powder
  16. 1/4 TbspRed Chilli Powder
  17. 1/4 TbspGaram Masala Powder
  18. 1/4 TbspDry Mango Powder
  19. As Required Cooking Oil For Deep Frying

Steps

    Take a sauce pan. Add water in it. Add crushed ginger and black pepper.

    Let it simmer for 1 minute. Now add tea leaves and sugar. Simmer it for 1 minute again. Now add milk and let it boil for 2-3 minutes.

    Masala Tea is ready now. Serve it hot with cutlet and enjoy......😋😋

    At first, mash the potatoes properly. Then heat a kadhai add 2 tbsp oil. Let it heat properly. Add green chilli and stir it. Then add green peas and stir it. Add mashed potatoes and mix well. Reduce the flame to low.

    Add all spices one by one. Mix everything well and cook it for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Switch off the flame and add coriander leaves and mix it well. Stuffing is ready now. Let it cool down completely.

    On the other side, take a plate add some water. Take a bread and cut all the sides. Take one bread and dip it into the water and take it out immediately. Squeeze the water gently. Put Stuffing in the middle and roll it from all sides to seal it. Give it oval shape. Bread rolls are ready to fry.

    Heat oil in a kadhai. Put the rolls in hot oil one or two. Fry it on medium flame till golden brown. Keep flipping in between. When bread rolls turn golden brown take it out in a plate. Bread rolls are ready to eat. Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup and enjoy with tea.....😋😋
