Heat oil in a wok over high heat.

Add the chicken legs and fry till colour changes.

Add the tomatoes, cut side down. Cover and cook till tomatoes disintegrate.

Remove excess oil and add ginger-garlic paste. Cook 2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper powder. Mix well while removing tomato skins.

Cover and cook till chicken is tender.

Add green chillies, ginger and gently mix. Cover and simmer 3 minutes.

Serve with onion rings.
