Wash and cut the zucchini into thin matchsticks. Sauté them in a skillet with olive oil and garlic until the liquid evaporates.

Season with salt and pepper, then let cool.

Cut the cooked ham into thin strips.

In a baking dish, spread a layer of béchamel sauce, then add a layer of lasagna noodles, more béchamel, zucchini, ham, and Grana Padano cheese.

Repeat for 4 layers, finishing with béchamel, zucchini, ham, and Grana Padano on top.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a convection oven at 350°F (180°C) for 27 minutes.

Remove the foil and broil for 7 minutes until golden.

Let rest for 6 minutes before serving.
