Today I have made a tasty delicious healthy dahi vada recipe.
Steps

Arrenge all ingredients in one place.

Take a grinder jar add moong sprouts, oats, rava, curd, salt and blend it into smooth paste with minimum water. Now add 1/2 tsp eno salt and mix it lightly. Vada batter is ready.

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai fry small portion of vada batter on medium hot oil, fry the vada on low heat until it's cooked from inside and remove it and dip the fried vada into the hot water with little salt and soaked it for 10 minutes then gently squeeze the vada and transfer into a plate. Keep aside.

Now whisk the curd with salt, black salt, roasted cumin powder, sugar, mix it properly. Curd mixture is ready.

Now arrenge the vada in the serving bowl and pour the curd mixture and spread tamarind sweet chutney and green chutney.

Now sprinkle roasted cumin powder, nylon sen, lastly spread pomegranate Perl.

Healthy moong Sprout Dahi vada is ready.

Tips
Vada should be nicely fried.
