I always have Cous-Cous in the cupboard and its such a great standby - 10-15 mins and can mix with somemany things and seems exotic lol. Enjoy :P

1/2 cupsdried couscous
3/4 cupswater
1/2 cupchopped mixed fresh herbs mint, parsley and chives - or your Favourites
1/2lemon juiced
1 tablespoonsolive oil or Salted Butter
Salt and pepper to Taste
1/4 CupFroozen Peas - Options

Put Water and Cous Cous in a pan and cook as per instructions - mine is bring to boil then turn off heat and let stand for 4 mins.

Use a folk to "fluff up" then add the butter, Juice and Herbs (and defrosted Peas if Using) lightly toss again. Serve Warm - AMAZING :P
