Preheat the Optigrill Plus and grill bacon medallions until crispy.

In a pan, melt butter and cook potato scones until golden brown on both sides.

In the same pan, fry eggs to your preferred doneness.

Toast burger buns and spread butter on the bottom halves.

Assemble: place potato scone, bacon, and fried egg on each bun. Top with the other half.
