Mix all the ingredients except cooking oil and water in a mixing bowl and make a batter of pouring consistency by adding water slowly

Chop onion, green chilli and coriander leaves and mix in the batter.

Heat a griddle and brush with a little cooking Oil and pour a ladle full of mixture and spread with the help of ladle and roast it on low flame till it turn golden

Flip the side and fry from other side also.

Serve hot with mint chutney
Tips
Spread the batter gently on a medium-hot pan to avoid breaking, especially when making it thin.
It is Best to enjoy fresh with mint-coriander chutney, tomato ketchup, or thick yogurt.
