Steps

Clean the Tindora and slit it on 4 sides using a knife; make sure you don't cut the edges. Keep it aside.

Take all dry masalas in plate and mix well.

Stuff the masala in slitted tindoras. Stuff rest of the tindoras following same process.

Heat oil in a kadai at medium heat, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.

Now add stuffed tindora in it.

Let it fry for 5-6 min at medium heat with lid on. Flip the tindoras to other side and pour 2 tsp oil on it and fry it for 6 mins or until a golden color.

Fry it until all sides are a golden color. Turn of the heat.

Stuffed Tindora is ready to be served.
