Fresh and crunchy capsicum & cucumber sambharo tossed with light spices for a refreshing Gujarati-style side dish.
Steps

Cut cucumber & capsicum in small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan. add mustard seeds let it splutter.

Immediately add turmeric powder and the pieces of cucumber and capsicum. mix well.

Add salt per taste and cook for 2-3 minutes on low to medium flame.

And finally it's done. serve hot with roti and sabji.
