Coffee Pudding
Easy to prepare , delicious pudding !
Steps

Boil 1 cup water and add coffee powder to it. [As simple, this is making black coffee for 1 person with 3 times the coffee powder] Keep it aside.

In 1/4 cup warm water, add Gelatine. Keep it for 10 minutes.

Pour milkmaid into Gelatine mixed water.

Take the cake pieces. Lower Layer: Dip 12 pieces one by one in the coffee and place it in the pudding pan.Pour half of the milkmaid mixture on top of it.

Top layer: Place the next 12 pieces on top of the other pieces. Now pour the rest of the coffee on top of the cake pieces. Pour the rest of the milkmaid mixture above it.

Keep it in refrigerator to cool and set. Now serve it !!

Add grinded cashew nuts/chocolate sauce for topping. You can also include fresh cream [on top layer / mix it with milkmaid mixture]
