Ingredients

  1. ½ KilogramBeef with Bone
  2. ¾ KilogramTapioca
  3. ½ TeaspoonTurmeric Powder
  4. 2 TeaspoonsChilli Powder
  5. 2 TeaspoonsCoriander Powder
  6. 1 TeaspoonGaram Masala
  7. 2 TablespoonsChopped Ginger
  8. 2 TablespoonsGarlic
  9. 1 CupShallots
  10. 2green Chilli
  11. 2 CupsCoconut Grated
  12. 1 TablespoonCoconut Oil
  13. Curryleaves

Cooking Instructions

    Cut tapioca into small pieces, Clean well. Cook in boiling water. Cook til its almost done. Add salt and strain water. Keep tapioca aside

    Cook beef with shallots, ginger, garlic, chilli powder, turmeric powder, Coriander Powder and salt in a pressure cooker without adding water. Cook in High flames for 3 whistles.

    Grind coconut with green Chili, 1/2 spoon Coriander powder. and salt.

    Mix tapioca with beef, coconut paste and mix well. Add garam masaala and curry leaves. Cook in low flame for 5 minutes. Pour coconut oil.

    Serve hot with Lemon Pickle
