This dish is super easy to make! And you will be licking your fingers afterwards.
Steps

Cut the fillet into pieces of 3-4 inches each.

In a large bowl, place the fish pieces and pour in 1 tbsp of lemon juice.

Add pepper, salt and red chilli flakes as well.

Grind together the parsley, garlic, remaining 1tbsp of lemon juice, and olive oil.

Pour this paste/mixture over the basa pieces. Gently cover each piece with the marinade.

In a non-stick pan, heat the white oil.

On high heat, carefully add in the basa pieces.

Lower the heat. Fry the fish on one side for 2-3 minutes.

Gently flip the pieces over. Fry for another 2 mins. The pieces should just start to brown.

The dish is ready. Serve hot. The fish will be soft & flaky!
