Firstly pressure cook the washed soaked(overnight) chickpeas or chole in water with salt and tumeric. Wait for2-3 whistle or till 3/4th done.

Chop and puree the tomatoes and strain the pits andd seeds.

Saute the whole spices in a few tablespoon of oil and dalda, add the ginger garlic paste. Fry till brown.

Next the chopped onions, till translucent and slightly brown. Add the masalas and sauté well.

Add the tomato puree and 2 cups water. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Take 1/2 cup of ththe cooked chole and blend to a puree.

Add for creamy thickness. Also, add the tomato sauce,soya.chat masala,garam masala and mix well. Taste off with the maggi cubes.

Finally add sugar,salt as taste. Squeeze a lime juice for some sourness. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
