Ingredients

quite a few
  1. 500 gself-rising flour
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 1/2 cupoil
  5. 2 tspbaking powder
  6. juice and zest of 1 orange
  7. 1/2deep plate walnuts and raisins
  8. cinnamon sprinkled on top of the batter before it goes in the oven

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl well. Add the walnuts and raisins in the end.

  2. 2

    Bake at 150°C for about 1 hour.
