HHeee..this is actually a creation made from a broken recipe but turned out to even more tastier! I was making a good instant rasamslai recipe but as least expected... the rasgulla balls or the pedas broke of and it turned into a rich thick creamy milk rabri! Try it..was absolute awesome

First start boiling the milk in a vessel,on a medium heat for aroundc10-12mins.

The same time,ina mixing bowl, take the millk powder,maidambaking powder and ghee and mix well to fine crumbs.

Slowly add the beaten egg and knead slowly to a dough whic is shiny on the outside.if it does get sticky add bit milk or ghee.

Keep for sometime wrapped. Keep stirring the milk at interval to get cream from the sides. Add the sugar and cardamom powder.

Now as the milk gets reduced to its half and pale yellow, make balls of the dough or crumble it, put into the milk slowly altogether. Add the color if needed.

Slowly stir from the sides,to scrape the cream. On a high flame,gently stir gor 5 mins.

Lower heat,stir for 8-10mins.

Add the essence, and nuts. Let it cool for 30-1 hour.

Serve cold or hot!
