Ingredients

  1. For the Kofta
  2. 1 litrepaneer milk Home made of
  3. 1 litrepaneer milk Home made   of
  4. 1 tbspCorn Flour
  5. 1Potato Boiled
  6. 2Bread slice
  7. to tasteSalt ( 1/2tsp)
  8. 1 tspGinger Garlic Green Chilli , and paste -
  9. 1 tbspRaisins -
  10. to fryOil
  11. 2Onions
  12. 1 tbspGinger Garlic Green Chillies and - paste
  13. 2 - 3Tomato boiled
  14. 2 tbspsCashews poppy seeds and   paste
  15. 2 - 3 tbspsFresh Cream -
  16. 1/2 tspChilli powder -
  17. 1/2 tspTurmeric -
  18. Garam Masala
  19. to tasteSalt
  20. Kasuri Methi Dhaniya +
  21. 3 - 4 tbspsGhee or Oil -

Steps

    For making Kofta: Mix all the ingradients and make small balls. Fry these in oil at medium temp and keep aside.

    For making Gravy: Boil Tomatoes in water, mix in a blender jar and filter the gravy.

  3. 3

    Soak Cashews and poppy seeds and make a paste.

  4. 4

    Grind onion, Garlic,Chilli,Ginger and make a paste.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in Kadhai.

  6. 6

    Add whole spice like turmeric, red chilli powder, cummin seeds and Dhaniya seeds crushed.

  7. 7

    Add onion garlic paste, add tomato puree followed by cashew nut paste and fry for sometime, till it becomes thick.

  8. 8

    Now add all masalas and mix for more 2-3 minutes.

  9. 9

    Add cream and 1/2 cup water to make the gravy.

  10. 10

    At last add Kasuri Methi and coriander leaves to the mixture and bring it to boil. Remove the gravy from fire.

  11. 11

    In a serving bowl keep all Kofta's, then add gravy, decorate with cream and serve hot

I love baking, make yummy ice creams - my favoriteice cream is Paan Ice cream. I also love making desserts and various types of dishes in North Indian, South Indian, Rajasthani, Gujarathi and Maharashtrian style. My cooking is mostly vegetarian and sometimes include eggs. I have also been experimenting with dishes in Chinese like Noodles, Gobhi Manchurian and Fried rice etc.I live in Bangalore and provide training to corporates and individuals -working and non working women , so that they can experiment in the kitchen.
