Ingredients

  • 4bananas Ripe -
  • 1 cupWheat Flour -
  • 1 cupRice flour -
  • 2 tbspscastor sugar - ( Sugar not required if the bananas are too ripe)
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Skin the bananas and slice them as shown in the picture above.

  2. 2

    In a bowl, take some wheat flour, rice flour, sugar and some water to make a batter. Now, coat the sliced bananas with the prepared batter.

  3. 3

    Heat sufficient oil for deep frying the coated banana pieces.

  4. 4

    Fry until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Remove from oil drain the excess oil on the kitchen towel.
