Pazhampori or banana fritters are a traditional Malayali deep fried snack.
Steps

Skin the bananas and slice them as shown in the picture above.

In a bowl, take some wheat flour, rice flour, sugar and some water to make a batter. Now, coat the sliced bananas with the prepared batter.

Heat sufficient oil for deep frying the coated banana pieces.

Fry until golden brown.
- 5
Remove from oil drain the excess oil on the kitchen towel.
