Ingredients

  • 1 lbjumbo lump crab
  • 1/4 cupred bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cupscallions, chopped
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 tspold bay seasoning
  • 1/8 tspcayenne pepper
  • 1 tbspdijon mustard
  • 1/4 tspworcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  • 3/4 cupplain breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix everything together in a big bowl (add crab last), form into patties. You can make 4 large or 8 average size patties.

    Pan fry cakes in oil, turning once.
