Ingredients

  • 500 gramsChicken Boneless :
  • 1 cupJeera Rice Cooked :
  • 3Bay Leaves :
  • 6 - 7Cloves :
  • 2Onion Sliced :
  • 2Chilly Chopped :
  • 3 teaspoonsChicken Masala :
  • 2Tomato Chopped :
  • 1 teaspoonGaram Masala powder :
  • 3Coriander Leaves :
  • 2Mint Leaves :
  • 1 teaspoonRed Chilli Powder :
  • to tasteSalt :
  • 3 teaspoonsGinger Garlic Paste :
  • ½ teaspoonCumin seeds :
  • 2Eggs Boiled :

Steps

    Take Boneless Chicken and cut it as required.

  2. 2

    Boil jeera rice and keep it aside.

  3. 3

    Now in the pressure cooker and add oil and heat it by adding cumin seeds.

  4. 4

    Then add sliced onion and sauté it till the color of onion changes to reddish.

  5. 5

    Mix Chopped tomato, Chicken Masala, Cloves, Bay Leaves, Chilli powder and Ginger Garlic paste to the Onion.

    Mix the items well.

  7. 7

    Pick the Boiled Jeera Rice to the items and mix well.

  8. 8

    Add little salt and then half cup water.

  9. 9

    Close the cooker and boil it for 10-15 minutes.

  10. 10

    Then place the boiled eggs to the cooked Biryani.

  11. 11

    It is ready to serve.
