Maravalli kizhangu aviyal is a best accompaniment for any type of porridge, rice or can be served with tea in the evening
Steps

Boil maravalli (tapioca) and cook till its tender

Grind shallots, coconut, garlic, jeera and green chilli to a smooth paste

Add oil to a pan
- 4
Add in mustard and wait till it splutters
- 5
Add red chilli and curry leaves
- 6
Add the coconut, garlic and green chilli paste to the pan and let it boil for 1 min
- 7
Add the boiled tapioca, salt and curd and stir till it consistency reaches that of aviyal

Garnish with coriander leaves
