Steps

Cut the Gobi into florets and cook in hot water for 5 mins

In a bowl mix all purpose flour, corn flour, pepper powder, salt and half a teaspoon of soy sauce with enough water to make a thin paste.

Dip the florets in to the paste to coat them evenly

Then deep fry in oil and keep them aside.

For crispier Gobi fry them twice.

Now heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil.

Add grated ginger and minced garlic and fry them for half a minute.

Add capsicum and fry them for a minute.

Now add onions and green chillies.

Fry onions until they turn transparent and salt. (soy sauce and chili sauce also contains salt so add table salt accordingly)

Add vinegar, soy sauce, chilli sauce and tomato sauce and fry them for a minute.

Sprinkle half teaspoon of pepper powder and fried Gobi and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.

Garnish with Spring onions and coriander leaves.
