Mogu Mogu is a popular and a flavourful drink from Thailand loved by many for it's uniqueness. This drink uses Sugar, fresh fruit juices, water and lots of Nata de Coco which is nothing but fermented Coconut jelly. This infact is the star ingredient of this drink.
I have used a store bought one this time. It can be made at home very easily too.
For an innovative twist and an aromatic take on the Mogu Mogu drink, I have used the ever popular Rose syrup Roohafza. Trust me on this one guys. It had turned out to be such an awesome desi treat that one would love it for sure. It has a super delicious and a refreshingly delightful texture. The chewy texture and a great chilled drink that's amazingly fresh and flavourful makes it a super duper hit amongst all.

Do give it a try and experience for yourselves a perfect drink that's so very easily made and refreshing as well. Ice-cubes used can be as per one's own choice and preferences. Sugar can be adjusted too. A perfect accompaniment for a rainy day evening at snack time with the whole family. One would definitely love it on any given day. Let's begin with the easiest recipe straight away.

  3. 3

Sugar can be adjusted accordingly. Sometimes I do skip it totally. Rooh Afza is already very sweet. One can definitely omit sugar if desired.

  4. 4

Serve this beautiful and gorgeous drink with an innovative twist with loads of ice-cubes to your loved ones. And especially in the rainy evening as a refreshing beverage that everyone would love. Enjoy!

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
