Steps

Wash rice with hot water and strain

Season your meat with ginger,garlic, onions, curry powder and tyme,2maggi, and cook

Drop the meat and pick them out of the stock,when that is done

Put the pot with the stock back on the fire and mix your rice together with it,add a little more water and curry for colouring

Cook the rice till it is soft a little and the water is dried and drop it down to cool

Put your liver on the fire and cook add onions,garlic and ginger

After the liver is cooked drop it down, chop into pieces, put your frying pan or pot on the fire,add oil,heat and fry the liver

If you want you can use same oil or you change it,after your has been heat,add your carrot first,followed by the peas and then onions and fry

Stir them together, add a little salt and one maggi and stir

Add your liver and still continue the stir,

Add your rice to it,do it bit by bit,add your powder pepper and continue to stir till it all fried

Drop the rice, your meal is ready can be served
