Very Versatile Cooked Mince & Onion

My daughter says she is currently living on a very tight budget, and always buys near-expired minced Meat at discounted prices and she freezes it. I told her not to freeze it straight away. Cook it with Onion first, divide it into portions, then freeze it. This mixture can be quickly and easily transformed into a variety of dishes in many different flavours. I want to show you some ideas.
