Ingredients

2 servings
  • 200 gSliced pork
  • 1large stalk (about 120g) Leek
  • 1/2 pieceRed bell pepper
  • 1 tbspSoy sauce
  • 1 tbspSake (or dry white wine)
  • 1 tspSugar
  • 1 tbspVegetable oil
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 1 pinchPepper

Steps

    Cut leek into 3cm pieces and slice red bell pepper thinly.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan, add pork, and cook until color changes.

  3. 3

    Add leek and bell pepper, stir-fry for 2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add soy sauce, sake, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry until leeks are tender.

  5. 5

    Serve hot.

Tips

For extra flavor, consider marinating the pork in soy sauce and sake for 15 minutes before cooking.
