  • 200 gPork belly
  • 1 tbspSoy sauce
  • 1 tspSugar
  • 1 tbspCooking oil
  • 1clove, minced Garlic
  • 1 pinchPepper

Steps

    Cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces.

    Marinate pork with soy sauce, sugar, and garlic for 10 minutes.

    Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

    Add pork and fry until golden brown and cooked through.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle pepper and serve.

Tips

For extra flavor, consider adding some chopped green onions or a splash of rice vinegar.
