1 plate
  • 7puris
  • 3/4 cupfresh whisked curds
  • 1potato, boiled, peeled & chopped
  • 1 tbspboondi
  • Sprinkling masala : 👇🏾
  • Chat masala
  • Red chilli powder
  • Roasted cumin powder
  • Black salt
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • For garnish : 👇🏾
  • Boondi
  • Sev
  • Chopped coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Arrange 7 puris in a plate.Crack a hole in them as shown in the pic below👇🏾.

    Fill each puri with boiled potato cubes Add boondi also.

    Pour whisked dahi over the stuffed puris.Put a dollop of sweet & green

    Put a dollop of sweet & green chutney over the dahi.

    Sprinkle dry masalas over it. Garnish with nylon sev & coriander. Serve immediately.
