Wash and peel kand. Cut in big pieces

Steam the kand for 10 mnts

Remove keep aside till cool

In one bowl mix chat masala, cumin pd, coriander pd, red, chilli pd, black pepper pd and salt mix.

Heat oil in pan and deep fry kand till crispy remove from fire
