  • 1 cupomena
  • 3 tbspoil
  • 1/4 tspsalt

Steps

5_ 10 minutes
  1. 1

    Put the dried Omena in a pan.

  2. 2

    Add oil and salt to taste

  3. 3

    Heat and start to dry fry it. continue frying until it becomes dry,crunchy and golden brown.

  4. 4

    It should not start to black so as soon as it turns golden brown remove from heat and serve.

  5. 5

    It can be served with ugali, or eaten as a snack alone.
