Miso Burger with Soy Sauce and Ginger

Really wanted burgers today but decided to experiment with some other ingredients to see what I could come up with. This was really tasty, very different to a typical burger, and very delicious. Gather your ingredients. grate the ginger and slice your onion into thin strips

add the miso, soy sauce and ginger to the ground beef and gently hand-mix

form the beef into 4 patties

then add to a pre-heated pan on a medium to high heat. I tend to add a drop of olive oil, but not necessary
- 5
watch carefully, they will only take a couple of minutes. once you see the beef cooked half way as shown here, carefully flip your burgers

and add the onion to cook down in the beefy juices
- 7
let the burgers rest for a couple of minutes, then serve up on a delicious bun and top with the grilled onions
