Peel the carrots, then with the potatoe peeler dig in and shave carrot peices

Heat up the oil so its very hot if you use a deep fryer its 180-190 C

Drop a few in at a time for 2-3 minutes

Take out and lay on kitchen roll to soak up excessive oil

Drain then add to a serving dish

Sprinkle on salt, pepper or a little garlic salt
