this is one of my favorite dish. simple and delicious dish. there are many version of this recipe. here i will share my version of fried spicy eggplant. if you doesn't like spicy just remove the chilli powder or if you want more spicy just add more chilli powder and add some red peppers.

slice the eggplant like so..

mix all the ingredient except cooking oil and slice eggplant. The batter should be little bit thick texture, so adjust the amount of water

Deep fry the eggplant, turn to the other side when one side has cooked. Fry until golden brown.
