Steps

Boil the four cups of water and add salt.

Pour in rice to the boiling water.

Stir once enough to separate the rice.

Cover the pot and simmer.

Fluff rice with a fork.

For the beans, fry the onions in the sauce pan until golden brown.

Add tomatoes and cook until it's tender.

Add the pre boiled beans and little water and cook for 5 minutes

Add grated coget and coriander leaves.

Cook until the stew is thick.
