Ingredients

35 minutes
4 ppl
  1. 3sweet corns
  2. 1 tspchili powder
  3. 3 tspsugar
  4. 2 tspsalt
  5. 3 tbsmixed grill salt with green dried spices like oregano etc
  6. 5 tbsolive oil
  7. 3 tbsblack pepper + lemon peel mix
  8. 250 mlmilk
  9. 3 tbshungarian sweet paprika

Cooking Instructions

35 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak the corns overnight in a mixture of milk,sugar and some of the grill salt and spices. Skip this step if u r in a hurry

  2. 2

    Mix the remaining spices with the oil the next day and take the corn out of the milk

  3. 3

    With a brush put the spicy oil on the corns and put them in the oven on 200 degrees until they r almost ready. Last put the oven to grilling and grill them

When i imagine a dish, first i cook it in my head and i try to imagine how it will taste like. if the ingredients will be in harmony, how can i make it technically and what side dishes would match well. what i have learnt from south-east asian cuisines is, that fresh ingredients are unbeatable. in nutrition, taste, look and color, crispiness and moistness. my recent goal is to use as many fresh herbs and veggies as possible. there are only a few dishes that i dont like, few type of seafood and seaweed. any other ingredient is on my horizon if i plan to create something new,cooking is my art.
