Ingredients

30 minutes
3 serves
  • 2 bunchkunde removed from stalks
  • 10 mlsoil
  • 1onion
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • salt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the kunde leaves. Then cut them into medium size pieces.

  2. 2

    Cut the onions and tomatoes to small pieces

  3. 3

    Put oil into a sufuria and put in the diced onions.

  4. 4

    Fry until fairly brown.

  5. 5

    Then add tomatoes finely chopped.

  6. 6

    Then add kunde and mix.almost immediately add in baking powder and salt.

  7. 7

    Cover and boil for 20 minutes checking on them time and again to make sure they don't burn.

  8. 8

    When soft, serve with ugali.

  9. 9

    I Love it.
