  • 2/3 cupcornmeal (about 100 grams)
  • 4grated carrots
  • 3/4 cupolive oil (about 200 grams)
  • 7 tablespoonswater (about 100 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together until you have a firm, smooth dough.

    Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes.

    Shape the dough into cookies.
