What I love about Banting/Ketosis is the allowance of fat to make us fuller for longer and everyone loves crispy chicken skin packed with a punch of flavor.
Steps

Make sure your chicken is patted down till it's dry especially the skin

Mix the spices together and season the inside of the chicken well then add salt to taste

Place olive oil in a pan and heat till high. Once pan is smoking hot place chicken skin side down and allow to cook for 3 min then flip to other side for 3 minutes continue this until chicken cooks all the way through

As you cook the chicken do not cut the chicken otherwise the skin will not be crispy. And you cook you will see the skin starting to crisp. Once cooked remove from heat and place on side to cool down. Enjoy!
