Whisk together the orange juice, cornstarch, soy sause, and honeyto make sause and set aside

Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and cook until no longer pink. turn out the chicken onto a plate

Whisk sause once more then pour it into same skillet. cook over medium-low heat for 6-8 minutes, stirring constantly, or until the sauce has thickened and reduced by about a third. reduce the heat to low, add the chicken, and stir until it'scompletely covered in sauce
