Place the prunes in a deep bowl with the orange juice and the brandy.

Meanwhile, in a pressure cooker heat the olive oil and margarine (it enhances the flavour) and brown the meat from all sides. Add the onion sliced, combine with the meat and let it sauté as well. Add the wine, then some water and close the pressure cooker.

Allow it to cook for 45 minutes. Once the pressure cooker is ready, open it and insert the contents of the bowl with the prunes. Add salt and pepper and leave another half an hour to simmer without closing the pressure cooker.

When it is ready slice the meat and serve. A perfect side dish would be mashed potatoes. You may also use rice as a side dish.
