Ingredients

2 servings
  • 250 gtrahana (sour)
  • 250 gshrimp
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 2 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
  • 1 glassouzo
  • salt
  • pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan sauté the garlic.

  2. 2

    Add the shrimps and sauté them until they change color.

  3. 3

    Add the ouzo and boil until the alcohol evaporates

  4. 4

    Add the trahanas and mix well.

  5. 5

    Cook over medium heat and slowly add water (about two glasses of water)

  6. 6

    Continue cooking for five minutes
