Peel the potatoes and cut them into large chnks for baking.

Boil some water and add the potatoes to boil for 5 minutes, just enough to make them slightly tender.

Preheat the oven to 180°C and place the baking tray with a little olive oil in it to heat well.

Strain the potatoes and spread them in the baking tray, pour very little oilive oil on top, then season with salt and mix well. Place the baking tray back into the oven and bake until golden brown.
