Pork tigania (fried pork) is a quick, easy, extremely delicious and cheap to make fried pork for beginners.

Steps

Marinate the pork with salt, pepper, oregano on all sides and rub it well with your hands.

Heat the frying pan well.

Spread the pork pieces in the frying pan without adding any oil, put the lid on and let it cook for a while.

From time to time remove the lid and turn over the pieces of meat so that they brown on all sides and then put the lid back on.

Squeeze the lemon in a bowl, add the 3 tsp of the mustard of your liking and half a cup of water.

In the last 5 miutes of cooking when you fell that the meat is ready add the mixture and mix well so all the ingredients combine.

Turn down the heat to half and pour the sauce over the meat so that it is evenly distributed. Leave it for an additional 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens as in the photo.
